Attending the Annual Conference
Conference Registration includes in-person, live-stream, and asynchronous presentations.
Live-Stream and/or Asynchronous Attendance
- Log into Behavior Live website or app using the same email as your TxABA Account when you purchased registration
- Access instructions will be sent by Behavior Live before the conference
- Log-in the week before the conference to familiarize yourself with the platform and check access
- Contact Behavior Live or TxABA if you cannot access the conference in Behavior Live, check email first
- After the conference, presentations will be available asynchronously within approximately 2 weeks of the conference in your Behavior Live Account under My Library
In-Person Attendance
- Bring a photo ID and know the email linked to your TxABA Account when registration was purchased
- If already registered then go directly to badge pickup
- If you need to register or drop-off a check then go to registration
Behavior Live App
- Download the Behavior Live app or check for app updates at least 1 week before the conference
- Take 5-10 minutes to get familiar with the app and check access to the TxABA Conference
- Use the app to scan in and out of workshops and presentations for BACB CEUs

Select 2026 Conference Continuing Education Units (CEUs) on the Register page
Please ensure that your BCaBA, BCBA, or BCBA-D certificate number is entered into your TxABA account before purchasing conference registration and Behavior Live if after purchase. Please enter the number from your certificate and not your BACB ID number.
To earn CEUs at the conference, please download the Behavior Live app a few days before the conference. Volunteers will be available to scan in the presentation rooms but you will not be able to view those CEUs until they processed after the conference.
COVID-19 and Sick Policy
TxABA encourages all those who can to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and to follow CDC recommendations. TxABA encourages everyone to follow CDC guidelines on masking at the time of the conference. TxABA or the Hyatt Regency may require masking at the time of the event depending on CDC recommendations. We will notify those who have already registered for the conference and post on our website any changes.
The 2025 TxABA Conference is a hybrid event and if you are not comfortable attending in person then please join us via live stream. Conference registration includes in-person, live-stream, and asynchronous viewing after the conference. If you feel ill or have any symptoms, please use the live-stream option for attending. We encourage everyone attending in person to take a COVID test before attending the conference. We appreciate everyone's efforts to reduce the likelihood of unknowingly exposing fellow attendees to COVID-19 and other illnesses.
