OBM Network will be hosting a one-day hybrid conference on April 11th , 2024.
This is our flagship event where scholars, practitioners, and experts from diverse areas of OBM converge to explore the latest trends and innovations in Organizational Behavior Management.
By registering for the OBM Network conference you will get an action-packed day filled with keynote speakers, workshops, and networking that will leave you inspired and equipped with new OBM tools, techniques, and connections.

TxABA is partnering with Behavior Live again this year to provide attendees with in-person, live-stream, and asynchronous conference presentation options. The asynchronous presentations will be available to conference attendees for about 3 months after the conference on Behavior Live (please note that the asynchronous presentations will only be available to individuals who have purchased conference registration before the end of the conference).
We recommend that attendees download the Behavior Live app prior to the conference. Attendees will use the Behavior Live at the conference to scan in and out of presentations, with TxABA volunteers and staff in the presentation rooms to assist. Through the Behavior Live app attendees can view the schedule, read bios & abstracts, ask questions during presentations to be answered at the end, and share their information with exhibitors to make connections. Conference attendees will receive instructions on the app a few weeks before the conference.
The conference starts with the Welcome Event from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Thursday, April 11, 2024. The Exhibitor Booths will be open with appetizers and a cash bar. Conference badge pick-up and conference registration will be open during this time. We recommend making plans to attend Thursday night to pick up your conference badge to avoid the Friday morning rush. Conference presentations are all day Friday, all day Saturday, and half-day Sunday. Friday is the poster session immediately following the afternoon presentations and Saturday is the awards ceremony immediately following afternoon presentations. Sunday morning will include the TxABA Business Meeting/State of the Organization followed by a presentation/panel ending around noon. Full conference details will be available at least 6 weeks prior to the conference.
TxABA will offer pre-conference workshops on Thursday April 11th during the day. Pre-conference workshops are a separate registration from the annual conference registration and seating is limited for in-person. There will likely be live stream options for some workshops. Detailed information on workshops will be available when registration opens Nov. 1st. We recommend registering early for workshops to guarantee your spot. Workshops with less than 10 registrants by March 1st may be cancelled.

TxABA encourages all those who can to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and to follow CDC recommendations. TxABA encourages everyone to follow CDC guidelines on masking at the time of the conference. TxABA or the Royal Sonesta may require masking at the time of the event depending on CDC recommendations. We will notify those who have already registered for the conference and post on our website any changes.
The 2024 TxABA Conference is a hybrid event and if you are not comfortable attending in person then please join us via live stream. Conference registration includes in-person, live-stream, and asynchronous viewing after the conference. If you feel ill or have any symptoms, please select the live-stream option for attending. We encourage everyone attending in person to take a COVID test before attending the conference. We appreciate everyone's efforts to reduce the likelihood of unknowingly exposing fellow attendees to COVID-19 and other illnesses.

If you are registering someone else for the conference then we recommend you use the group & 3rd party registration feature. This feature will allow you to print an invoice to submit to your company prior to payment.
If a different department in your company/district will be paying for registration then please confirm with them how they will pay before selecting "pay by check." We cannot change to a card payment once that has been selected and you may need to redo the entire group registration at the current price. Please reach out or ask the person who will be submitting payment to reach out to email@example.com if there are any concerns or if there were difficulties previous years.

Registration for the 39th annual conference will be split into three periods: early registration, regular registration, and late registration. When you purchase conference registration there is a place to indicate your attendance preference of whether you plan to attend the conference in-person or online. For planning purposes, if you plan to attend any portion of the conference in person then please select in-person. This allows us to better plan for the conference and ensure that we do not sell out for in-person attendance.
Groups of 10 or more individuals will receive a group registration discount of $10 per person, this will automatically be applied to your invoice. To register a group, please use the group registration form. Before starting a group registration, check that everyone has a TxABA account. To get a member conference registration price on the group registration, the individual must be a current member or you need to select to purchase their membership on the group registration form. To receive the RBT and student discounts, the individual needs to have this setup in their accounts before they are added to the group registration. You may purchase registrations, memberships, and CEUs for the individuals on your group registration. For group registrations, you do not need to indicate if each individual is planning to attend in person or online.

To pay by check please select "pay with check" when checking out, read the instructions, confirm that you will pay by check (you cannot pay-by-card once you have confirmed that you will pay by check), print the invoice, and mail the check and invoice within 30 days and at least two weeks prior to the conference. Please make all checks payable to "Texas Association for Behavior Analysis"and mail the invoice with the check to Texas Association for Behavior Analysis, PO Box 841, Colleyville, TX 76034-0841.
Please note that with the updated system you cannot pay from your profile, the invoice will not be created until payment is made by card or the pay-by-check option is selected. If you leave an item in your cart without paying, please return to your cart page via the register page or view the cart button on your profile. Carts will automatically empty within 30 days and at the end of registration periods.
TxABA does not provide purchase orders, if you need to print an invoice to submit before payment can be made then use the Group/Other Registration option to print an invoice before confirming your payment.
